We areThe Sociological Mail, a consortium of writers who are dedicated to the dissemination of Sociological information (surprise, surprise) to all those willing to engage.
So, how did this blog come about?
A group of young people at Loughborough University thought it would be a good idea to create a blog so we could continue debating prior to our degree. We convinced a number of people to join us and before we knew it we had developed a platform with over 35 contributors from all walks of life. A virtual melting pot of different ages, sexes, and abilities, our diversity in articles is only one way to experience our ranges of interests.
Over time we figured we should have a mission. 1) Disseminate Sociological information 2) Provide Sociological solutions to issues 3) Write articles which aid social cohesion
So come on over and see if we’re doing a good job, and don’t be scared to critique us. We hope to hear from you soon !
We are group of bloggers/artists together writing in a blogging community and I am the admin of the community.
I too have a blog where I write haiku poems, freestyle poems and short stories. I write on social or political issues as well. I care about nature too.
I welcome everyone to have a wonderful reading.
Let me introduce myself as an Alien Poet. I am an Engineer and a poet. I started writing poems from very young age.
I would like to write not only poems but anything that attracts readers to my blog. I write to the taste of the readers rather writing myself.
I write from Poetry to Political satire, Short stories etc. I even have a community blog and being as admin of the blog. I host the blog with nearly 15 Authors for publishing and promoting their work.
I was writing in a notebook for many years and when I learn about blogging 6 years ago I started off a blog for publishing those works. And slowly learnt to write the situation and current happenings rather sticking to the old style of poetry.
I even tried self publishing and unfortunately it turned out to be not successful and I like to continue publishing through blog until I get a suitable publisher.
I welcome every blogger to promote on my Alien poems blog being an Author themselves. Thus they can ping back to their personal blog.
Have you ever been called out for acting in unjust ways? If so, join the club—I’ve been called out on multiple occasions for acting in unjust ways too.
My inspiration for Blind Injustice is that I want those unjust ways, in myself and in others, to be confronted before we commit those injustices. I do this by writing about some of the ways that we may be blind to and/or blindly commit injustices that range from sexism to ageism.
I might not be able to deliver world peace, but I hope that my blog can at least make each of my readers a little more just.
I am Utsav. I hope to accompany everyone on their way to their happy place. This blog is my attempt at seeing the infinity that I am, and to show people the infinity they are. My ever-tightening spiral of thoughts, and my attempts at seeing the better end of it, will be yours to read.
I am a hopeless romantic, and a big believer in love being worth it no matter what way it takes place. Pain, heartbreaks, happy endings, once upon a times and raw realities will all be a part of our journey together. My attempts at understanding life, my views on the world we live in, and the time I have spent up to now playing my part will all be an open book.
I write on love, social issues, human nature and anything else that I can turn into a prompt. Mostly, poetry and stories.
An Ear to Bend BlogI write about politics, news events and social issues. All of my posts are opinion pieces from a conservative standpoint.
I was noticing on the news that a great majority of the time, there wasn’t an accurate account of history or facts. So I decided to write a blog to get that information out there.
As a conservative political blog, An Ear to Bend covers many different aspects of politics. Whether it be in the news or social media; An Ear to Bend will cover it with a conservative twist. It’s a place to get your opinions off your chest! So, if you need an ear to bend, you’ve come to the right place.
