There is a phase in everyone’s life where anxiety pays us a visit. It is a heavy guest, but still the best guru. I have decided to write down my feelings and thoughts in order to get rid of these vibes and move forward.
I am a free spirit full speaking my mind without any fear nor judgments. Therefore, I have decided to set up my blog. Obviously, my mother tongue is not English, then this blog sounds a great thing to work on my writing skills.
I am preparing for IELTS, so wish me luck to excel this time. In the future, I would like to come back, read what I have written, and then laugh blissfully as my aims were not wishful thinking.
This blog, Evolving Life, came about this fall as a part of a 30-day challenge to launch me as a freelance writer. It began as a place to discuss mental health and spirituality as my background is in somatic psychology and spiritual counseling. But as I’ve gotten clarity on what I wanted to focus on, it’s morphed into the broader field of wellness.
So now it’s a place to come and see what’s new in the world of wellness. I share reviews on various wellness businesses, reports on trending wellness practices, and my own reflections on health, fitness, mental health, and relationships. Most recently, I’ve added a page for travel writing, which is a new endeavor that I am so excited to be working on with my partner.
I think life is a process of growth and evolution and that’s why I named the blog Evolving Life. Stop by for a visit!

When alone, my favorite thing to do is to sing… loudly.
Is about breaking free from the herd – whether it is to attain free financial literacy to be financially independent or to overcome life’s challenges and succeed, I write my heart out in hopes of helping someone out there.
Life is a combination of various hills and valleys, and I strive to help others in overcoming every hurdle along the way.
I began writing this blog merely to explore my love for writing and to vocalize my thoughts, not knowing it would offer a profound meaning to the proverb Pen is mightier than the Sword. I write about my personal experiences, simply in hopes of reaching out and connecting with anybody who could benefit from it.
We are all searching for a unique balance in our lives — a balance between our emotional, physical and financial well being and I welcome everyone to join me on this journey to Seeking a Utopia.
To be free from the herd, we must stop thinking and acting like the herd !
My blog is about our world from a mindset point of view. The way we see the world is deciding the type of world we’re living in. We can change that if we want to even though it requires lots of hard work, but I believe it is worth it because we matter! Always!
I was in a place I didn’t know what to do with my life. I had some sort of a fog over my mind and because of this I couldn’t clearly see where I’m heading to.
I started to read more about mindset and about how it is influencing our lives and I started to write about what was going on in my head and also about what I found in my readings. This brought some clarity for me and I want to share all of these with other people because
I don’t want for people to have the fog I had over my mind and I also want for people to realize that it’s more important what’s within ourselves compared to what’s outside.

I began blogging on Xanga, in 2008, whilst I was my wife’s primary caregiver. I needed a constructive outlet for all that I was feeling and thinking. I also needed to begin a network for the looming day when she would be gone and our son would be out of the house and on his own. Xanga folded, more or less, in 2011, the year Penny passed and son, Aram, entered the U.S. Navy.
I found that WordPress, first with a free blog site and then a paid site where I could have unlimited storage for my photos, was a fine place to park. Righteous Bruin became Sagittarian Seeker, about a year ago.
It just occurred to me one day to start the Ray of light blog to let people know what I am now doing & my services as well as to share insights, musings, inspirations & to reach out to others who may be interested in what I do.
I am now responding to a shamanic calling & offering healing sessions (physical & distant) in alignment with the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition, which is an ancient Peruvian Healing Tradition.
Growing up I used to be fascinated by conversations with my grandparents and my grandfather would tell stories of our ancestry on a moonlit sometimes they were outlandish tales of magic and folklore other times simply recollections of the old days when history was made.
We don’t sit around fires anymore telling stories into the night and we are slowly forgetting the beauty and magic in our past, my blog is my journey into trying to capture the essence of where I am from and the history happening around me while it is happening, and for the world to see Africa’s narrative from my perspective.
I am a storyteller in a digital world and these are my words.
This dance is about wanting to live fearlessly, with vulnerability To value and celebrate who I am. I imagine that my life’s journey might touch or inspire others, as I at times feel touched when finding myself reflected in someone else’s words.
To nurture confidence in myself. To dance with courage, ‘cœur‘, ‘corazón‘: Strength and power of my heart. Allowing myself to be vulnerable and risk touching my inner beauty and creativity. To stretch beyond my self defeating beliefs and reach for what seems impossible. To create and share images of my inner journey.
Dancing to the words, To nurture and feed my soul.
My blog title is I refuse to give up. They say “what’s in the name?”……I say everything. This title is self explanatory. My blog is about spiritual journey through life lessons. I believe we are closest to our win just when we reach the toughest spot, so refuse to give up. Remember the Lowest points in your life come just before the beginning of your best phase.

The purpose is to inspire and motivate the readers and also stay motivated. I refuse to give up on hope …. I refuse to give up on myself ….come what may.
